You need to make an additional copy that is free of mods. So you will have two copies total, one for LSPDFR, and one for GTA Online.

When using either of those copies, rename the other one to temporarily disable it, for example: "Grand Theft Auto V - Online," "Grand Theft Auto V - LSPDFR."
