Vehicle mass spawning without officers

Mass amounts of police vehicles spawn. Has anyone experienced this? Possible LSPDFR or Ultimate Backup. I've noticed it mostly while patrolling in the Davis area, but I've never seen it this bad.

    Remove Menyoo (PC Trainer) will solve this issue. 

     

    This is the classic "Bermuda Triangle" bug, it occurs when you're running RPH with Menyoo.

     

    It is likely caused by a spawn option in Menyoo when MP maps are enabled. Please feel free to report this to the Menyoo developers: https://github.com/MAFINS/MenyooSP/issues
