The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello! 

I recently installed LSPDFR again with plugins, but i feel like theres some UI missing. Here is an example with the ALPR Lite mod, where it doesn't show why the vehicle is being marked. This also does not show up for STP or Compulite. 

Below is an image of the text box missing, and then an image i found on the internet of the text box that should be there

    Ensure your in-game notifications are enabled:

     

    Open the GTA V settings menu, go to the "Notifications" tab, and enable all notifications.
