Cant shoot guns or enter vehicles

When i pull out my gun it sits there in my hand in a weird way and when i try to shoot it it wont raise or shoot the gun, then after that if i try and enter a vehicle it doesn't allow me to enter it.

Most likely you have installed the weapons/vehicles incorrectly and/or an incorrectly installed meta.

What I would do next is remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal to see if there is any improvement.
