The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I use a add on helicopter for ultimate backup. I would like to set up different peds, such as pilot-type peds in the cockpit and co-pilot seat, and SWAT-type peds in the rear cabin. Is this possible?

Also, there is a pilot-type ped sitting in the cockpit of the helicopter I am using, which is not mentioned in the xml file or vehicles meta file. Is this a game specification?

I'm attaching an image as an example. It's hard to see, but there are FBI SWAT peds in the co-pilot seat and rear cabin, and a ped wearing a pilot suit in the cockpit.
