Game Crashes On Startup

Ok all I have uninstalled everything and deleted everything related to GTA V on my computer twice now. After re-installing each time, I can load into the game perfectly fine. So then I downloaded LSPDFR. I installed it like it wanted me to and followed the instructions in case there was something new with the update. My Antivirus is completely disabled. I start the game and it seems fine. It gets to the main screen where you choose story mode with rage plugin hook or go online. I choose story mode with rage plugin hook and the game crashes every time. I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I have no other mods installed in trying this. I don't even have a mods folder right now. It's a 100% fresh clean install and it's still crashing.

Post a screenshot of your gta folder 

from the log it looks like the mods folder is causing the issue (which you said you don’t have, I got that)

Its a though one.

I guess its sth permission related.

Have you added the gta folder as an exception in the default windows antivirus

Following this guide, here are the latest steps. 
- Uninstalled Malwarebytes Antivirus
- Made Exception in Windows Defender for GTA V folder

- Added all security ticks for all users through security screen

Game still crashes 

Tried other method. Started game normal and works just fine. Then Alt+Tab out and started rage. Went back into the game and then it froze and crashed.

Think I figured it out. In the RageHook startup settings, you have to force DirectX11
