The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Game freezes on loading with RPH

Every time I load the game with RPH it freezes during loading however, if I load the game without RPH it works perfectly fine, the only thing in my mods folder is an updated game config and some replaced cars that load fine without RPH. If I remove the mods folder from the directory it also works fine with RPH. (also when it freezes I have no other option but to restart my whole pc)

    It still froze after setting the timeout threshold to 60000, the only cars I have installed is the chp mega pack and they work fine if I load gta without RPH
