Hey so i just installed a fresh copy of gtav and lspdfr. I added EUP,STP,Compulite,and Ultimate backup. Now my lspdfr crashes about a minute into duty and none of those plugins load.

According to the log you provided:

"Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'CalloutInterfaceAPI, Version=1.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

 

You need to re-download Callout Interface, and install "CalloutInterfaceAPI" to GTA V main directory.

If you're talking about plugins inside the LSPDFR folder - if LSPDFR crashed, then none of those plugins will load.

Please refer to the above solution to resolve this issue.

If you're talking about plugins inside the LSPDFR folder - if LSPDFR crashed, then none of those plugins will load.

Hey so i did that it did not crashed right away but my els stp compulite still wouldnt work. here is the new report.

Looks like you got another crash, let's fix that first:

 

"Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

 

Download Immersive Ambient Events again, and drop "Newtonsoft.Json.dll" into the GTA V directory.

About STP and CompuLite, where did you install them? Can you provide a screenshot of the Plugin folder and LSPDFR folder?

I installed them the way benzo video did it.  here are the lspdfr and plugin folders

Did you get notifications right above the mini-map about STP and CompuLite loaded successfully upon going on duty?

dude you are my hero. plugins work no crashing. now what about ELS? the lights dont work theres like two on that dont move?

yes here you go. i can hear my siren so i know its not the xml files in openiv? thinking my dumbass installed els wrong too lol?

Does that particular vehicle model have a customized .XML? Author would usually include it in the download. 

 

Also, does the .XML name match the vehicle's model name?

Yes they have custom XMLS. and yes i made sure the xml files match police police2 etc.
