Hi!

You need at least .NET Framework 4.6 as a requirement:

i found a good video to check your version:

 

 

 

 

The newest .NET Framework 4.8.1:

I checked and have 4.6.0 

If that is the minimum should I still update it? 

 

Could this be caused by anything else?
