Rageplugin hook and vanilla GTAV crash on the loading screen

My RPH crashes at the loading screen after i select load story mode with RPH. Base GTAV does the same thing. I have attached a log report from RPH. I have deleted update.rpf2 and verified game files. I had installed a few car replaces earlier today if that has anything to do with it.
