The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi,

 

LSPDFR agencies' logos are mini-icons that are made by Rockstar Games and are already in GTA V. Those are either textures from the in-game webpages, notification icons, or phone icons from GTA story mode and/or Online. 

 

In agency.xml, there is a line called: "<TextureDictionary> Texture Name </TextureDictionary>." If you search the texture name in OpenIV, for example: dia_police, you'll be able to find the directory of related textures. You can replace those other textures, such as story mode characters' phone icons, with your resized custom agency logo.
