fbi2/sheriff2/pranger make my game crash

Every time I call from backup including granger in their car list my game crash. I cannot climb into the following car : fbi2/sheriff2/pranger when I spawn it. When am using vanilla gta (modded with OPENIV replace but LSPDFR and RPH are not started) and I get 4 stars , the NOOSE is not coming , the fbi2 is ghosted no one is inside when spawning, I would enjoy some help, If you need futher details or information don't mind to ask me.
