Hello everyone,

 

I've been using non-ELS cars up to this point so I've wanted to use ELS cars for some time now. My only fear - the complexity of the Mod. As there are so many Hotkeys I had to watch multiple videos to figure it out. Once I did, I pressed said buttons and as I switched through my light patterns with the "J" key my game crashed after pressing it 3 times. I thought that it could be related to another mod i binded to J but neither that, nor reinstalling ELS helped. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Please provide the following logs, which can all be found in the main game directory;

the solution to my problem was to delete siren heap limit adjuster! another solution could be to reinstall ELS the correct way if that doesn‘t work for you.

If you just remove SirenSettings limiter you should be able to reinstall ELS and use it just fine.

SSLA works alongside ELS just fine. There was likely another mod conflicting or they were running the game in compatibility mode, which crashes SSLA.

This simply isn't true. There a lot of people reporting mixed results. I have ran SSLA and ELS along with just he basics (Game Confix, Heap Adjuster, Pack File) and a car mod and my game still crashed turning on my ELS. There are several others that have reported this on various model releases (that use a hybrid setup), support forums, and under the mod itself. Simply put, it doesn't work for me; whether I run in compatibility mode (or not), whether I remove all ENB files, whether I remove everything - it simply doesn't work. 

I would so badly love to be proven wrong, and have even offered people a compensation for helping me resolve this (on other platforms, I know it's not allowed on this site), as there are models that I am dying to use. 

 

If you're willing to go to my thread and assist me on there, I can provide the logs you requested fromt his person - I don't want to steal their thread.
