OnCalloutAccepted Crash with kuchera callouts, code 4 disregard

helloo, need some help. im not sure why my callout is crashing. upon clicking y and accepting the callout, the code 4 disregard error is shown. when i checked the logs, i saw the OnCalloutAccepted crash error, and im not sure how to fix it or what is causing the problem.
