If renaming mods to _mods works, change it back to mods and you can try the following:
1. Install the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
2. If that doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
3. If you still can't find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.
