The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Simple Trainer added vehicles menu is full with vehicles I didn't add.

Hello,

 

That is a known issue for Simple Trainer, you can ignore that "glitch" because it doesn't do anything. 

 

To install addon vehicles, you need to use OpenIV. You cannot do that through Simple Trainer in-game.

 

Here is a video tutorial on how to install and spawn addon cars:
