The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i'm editing a vehicle that have multiples lightbar non-els and the all sirens of all lightbars appear when emergency lights are off, but when i turn on emergency lights appear just sirens of lightbar selected. What i need to do to appear just sirens of lightbar selected when emergency lights are off? i know this is possible, example: default police.yft, sheriff.yft and police5.yft

Could contain: sky, land vehicle, vehicle, outdoor, car, wheel, cloud, road, transport, building, taxi, street, tire, van, city, ground
