Empty Police Cars + 100s of NPCs Spawning At Franklin House on Forum Dr

Everytime  I Go near forum drive, 100s of NPCs spawn in, along with random empty police cars spawning in the surrounding streets. Not sure if its a callout pack or something similar. I also suspect it may be my menyoo causing it but i could be wrong. Would love a fix.

    I am using TrainerV and Menyoo, but this issue seems to only happen when I have Menyoo installed.

    Yeah its an issue with Menyoo. I believe there is a section in the ini you can edit to change this. But honestly, you really only need to use TrainerV.
