After updating to the new 3095, my game has constantly been crashing as soon as it starts up. (Where it has the animation thing before the initial loading). Just hoping to identify the problem and/or solutions. If you need anything let me know thanks.

ok that worked but now none of my vehicle models or gun models are working its just showing default

Try the following:
Using Windows File Explorer navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V/update. Copy the update.rpf into: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update. If you currently have an update2.rpf file in this directory - delete it.

After that, make sure you rename _mods back to mods and try again.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:
Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
