Crashes with addon cars on launch

Anytime I try to install an addon car/carpack LSPDFR crashes and only with LSPDFR. No plugins aside from LSPDFR and EUP, just mods.

Normal launch with mods: Works

I've tried separate cars and at first I thought it was the car's developer. So I tried a car pack that I used prior and still crashed

I do have Heap adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster and I've tried 2-3 gameconfigs.

Edit: Removing the cars/carpack makes everything work fine
