The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR and RPH should not conflict with most of the script mods. I can prove this because I am currently using a variety of scripts along with LSPDFR with no issues. 

 

From the screenshots, looks like you are missing RageNativeUI, download the latest version here, and put it in your GTA V directory.

    RAGENativeUI is a library for RagePluginHook, it is a dependency many RPH plugins rely on for them to function properly.

    What game version are you on? Is it the latest? 

     

    And are you using the latest version of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookDoNet?
