    Have you tried to disable your "mods" folder by renaming it to "mods_," or simply dragging it to the desktop?

    I'd assume you're on .NET Framework 4.8, run the repair tool and it should let you know.

    Ok I launched the game without any mods (scripts only) and RPH, and it works fine but as soon as I try to load it with mods it first throws openinteriors error, and after I click ok it crashes

    The older version is known for conflicting with .ASI mods, and thus causing a game crash.
