Hello, I'm kinda new in this community, and I wanted to ask how to use strobe lights (basically lights) with default GTA IV police cars? do I have to install any mod for this? if you have questions, please reply to this message, i will try to responce asap. Thank you.

    Also I don't know if you're referencing the head lights and such but if you are try this: 

    I don't know if it still works but it's a mod I used back in the day when I played LCPDFR.
