The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Couple things: 
1. Update: Dynamic Callouts
2. If that doesnt work, rename mods to _mods and try again.
If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:

Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

hi thanks for reply. none of my mods are in the mods folder. their just in a folder called plugins. should all my mods and plugins be in a folder called mods?

i do know after installing the game config properly with open iv but game still crashes. seems to be only certain callouts. the jm callouts specifically. i respond to callout and accept then my game goes crazzy laggy and i hear explosions then it crashes

damn okay i will remove that and see. i wonder if i didnt install properly or it is a bug with the callout

turns out jm callouts has a known bug that is causing the crash. thank you for your help
