The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

these plugins are outdated, and don't function anymore.

 

and try updating 686 callouts, but for the best option uninstall 686 callouts fully, and reinstall it.  and if it still crashes try renaming "mods" to "_mods" to see if the mods folder is faulty.
