When I use the "model spawning" in simple trainer and choose the smy_cop LSPDFR crashes. I don't know why this is happening, I noticed this the other day and the "model spawning" feature have worked before. I have a custom cop ped that I want to use and I have been able to use it before. 
Any help is appreciated.

Oh boy...here we go:

1. Update: Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, PoliceSmartRadio, 686 Callouts, Lore Callouts, Urban Callouts, Definitive Callouts, Section136Callouts, and RansomAmbience.
2. Remove: Typical Callouts, Inspired Callouts, City Callouts, First Callouts, Traffic Callouts, FBI Callouts, Federal Callouts, Pragmatic Callouts, Airport Callouts, MoreRadioChatter, Dangerous Callouts, K9 Callouts, Emergency Callouts, University Callouts, HeliAssistance, Tacco's Highway Callouts, Ridiculous Callouts, Arrest Warrant Callouts, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlglobal), SpeedyPursuit, and AutoPanic.
3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

If after all that, you are still crashing, rename mods to _mods and try again.

It seems to work now, but can I use any of the plugins that I removed?

You can but you may experience crashes.

Nevermind it is still crashing but it takes longer for it to crash.

Couple of things:
1. Update: Dynamic Callouts, Urban Callouts, Definitive Callouts, and External Police Computer.
2. There is an issue with a Rage.Ped. Rename mods to _mods and retry.
