Hi ive been trying to learn and find a video on how to set this up properly but ive been unable to find any actually helpful videos so i came here for help. the game loads up fine and runs fine but when I enter a police station the game crashes and states this crash was not caused by lcpdfr and it jut loads for ever did I set it up wrong or is it broke. 

 

here's the way i download the files in order.
