i fixed  the car despairing and the els just stopped working.

Go in-game and press Ctrl + P while in an ELS vehicle. What happens?

not a thing is like els in not installed at all.         and it just pulls up the main menu like the map and stuff i have also tryed reinstalling it.

It appears that the firetruk.xml is a faulty VCF. Remove that and try using a vehicle again.

Please remove the XML I said and then try again. Still having the issue? Send the new ELS log.

Then the log you provided is not recent. You need to run the game again and use ELS for me to have an updated log.
