Gaming4life had mentioned this and I agree with him    How about a mod that disables suspect vehicle on the completion of a proper pit maneuver!  this would be great realistic mod one  that disables suspect vehicle for about 30 seconds .  if there are any DEV's out there that can tackle this it would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks again for any assistance! cheers !
