The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Yes I am having issues with booting the game past the ini screen after installing the plugin for Realism Disptach Enhanced. It was showing that it was not able to find pattern 21 at first and after a reinstall of packfile and heap adjuster it now shows the initial rockstar screen and then crashes directly after. Any help would be much appreciated

    If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:
    Installing the gameconfig by PNWParks as well as the Heap and Packfile Adjusters.
    If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
    If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
