The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ELS has own controls, it's not enabling sirens just with pressing E. Read ELS documentation, file named DEFAULT CONTROLS (ELS-V) first of all.

According to my memory, you may try to press J, K and L.

Or maybe you forget to install .ini for the car?

Thank you,but I know what are you saying and I am pretty sure I have installed ini.when press the of els,the police lights are not on

1. Is that vehicle ELS compatible? 

 

2. Do you have a config XML file in ELS - pack_default for that vehicle? The name of the config XML must match the name of the vehicle you're using.
