The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

first time downloading lspdfr but when i launch it it crashes on the loading screen

Could contain: text, screenshot, graphic design, graphics

Solution

I see you are missing the lspdfr.ini. Please re-install manual LSPDFR. If you are encountering the same crash after trying this, rename mods to _mods and try again.

still not working, and then when i rename mods to _mods it says lspdfr is loaded but stays in a black loading screen then crashes after a couple minutes

at first when I read your comment I moved ONLY lspdfr.ini into the main gta directory which I found in a folder called "lspdfr" from the manual installation but turns out I had to move the whole folder in which includes lspdfr.ini and it worked after. so at first i took out lspdfr.ini from the folder and put it into the main directory instead of putting the whole folder in it didnt work so i tried putting in the whole folder which worked out. im sorry if my explanation doesnt make sense im not too good at explaining in text.
