Rename mods to _mods and see if the crashing issue continues.

Thanks for getting back to me I will test it out first thing in the morning and send an updated log if a crash reoccurs

Turns out the issue was reshade from nve since the game still crashed when the mods folder was renamed to _mods. So I  removed dxgi.asi and all is good now. Thanks again

Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory and make the following look like below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Additionally, change your Plugin Timeout Threshold to be higher:

Accessing RagePluginHook Settings

Spoiler

To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook. Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching.

Changing Your Plugin Timeout Threshold

Spoiler

In the first tab of the RPH Settings, find the bar titled "Plugin Timeout Threshold" and change it to 60,000.
