I know I've read something about this, but don't remember exactly.

Either way, it's coding related / how something functions behind the scenes. There's nothing you can do to solve it I'm afraid.

If you are genuinely curious, you can try moving everything from your Plugins/LSPDFR except for the plugin you are using to call the coroner, which I believe is STP, and place it on your desktop. Then go into the game and try calling one and see if you always get that "fell from a height".
