The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

IVE WATCHED LIKE 200 VIDS. Everytime i install law and order the outfits dont match and my body armor doesnt work and i follow it exactly any help?

Which version of law and order? Do you mean your clothes or NPC clothing?

Download and install this, You also have Eupmenu installed correct?

Then you messed up the installation order probably. Start over

Install Eup Law and order first, Eup Menu second, EUP basic config last.

And again asking the same question that you ignored, what is your EUP law and order version.
