I saw multiple videos of people turning on just the ligthbar without the siren using NON-ELS vehicles, how do i turn them on? is it a mod or something?

Hello, when you stand outside the vehicle hit your M key and hit the Vehicle in the Interaction Menu then you will get lights etc. in the next menu. Look at screens below.

and next Menu

Thats the best thing when you use Non ELS vehicles, then you can controll things like that.

I got it installed but dont have any mods in it. But dont it have the same interaction menu in that? Since it is a menu from LSPDFR.
