So I've tried; reinstalled RPH, ScriptHookV, removed mod folder and plugins folder, tried running everything in administrator mode, launching from the game directory itself, waited overnight (the problem started last night. @gorilla2016  Side Question but is there a way to make it not always see it as a threat? I've tried adding the program to exceptions but it still sees the temp files it creates as a virus. Doing what you said works, but every time i restart the pc, i have to go back and turn off real time scanning.

Just curious if you might know how. Either way, thank you. I can finally play again.
