The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You crashed because you are missing that, reinstall that plugin External Police computer

It is starting to crash again in the loading screen to load lspdfr. Let me try to delete EPC

I had to remove OCspray and CalloutInterfaceAPI In GTAV/plugins/lspdfr. and It was on the Unofficial LSPDFR Support Server (ULSS)

I can see ocspray being the reason for the crash in your latest rph log but calloutinterfaceapi shouldn't have been removed as its unrelated. 

 

The crash message was " Cannot load an invalid weapon asset." So you probably had the oc spray apart of your lspdfr loadout or inventory and it couldn't properly load.
