My grammar police isn't working whenever I press the button I hear the noise, but it's like dispatch cant hear me or something cause they don't respond.

Have you checked that your ingame voice chat is enabled and using the correct microphone?
Turn up mic volume and sensitivity. If that doesn't work then are you able to make a video of this?

My game voice chat is enabled and its on the correct mic and the sensitivity is up on my pc and in game, its just when I push the button I hear the radio noise but when I say something it literally does nothing.

You have it set to immersive, are you using the immersive phrases in the phrase guide?

You have it set so that you need to hold the key to talk to dispatch, are you holding it for the entirety of your speech?

Yes I'm holding it down, and when I switched it Generic it responds but when I say show me 10-8 it says officer down

Then its working and you are not talking clearly enough for it to recognize. Follow these steps and use windows speech recognition
