Hello when I press escape to see the map, it just stuck in loading screen and it won't let me out even if I press alt f4 (watch the YouTube video that I attached).

Also ultimate backup or stop the ped UI is gone. NOTHING SHOWS UP when I press B or G but I can hear the sound and control it since I hear the sound. It will send me back up or give me a rifle when I press enter you know the gta v sound when you scroll down or up I can hear it and take action but unable to see the UI. Is this could be related to the loading screen issue or are they just two different issues? please let me know if you know how to fix these issues. Thank you.

Do you have a map mod installed? Is this 100% all the time happening when escape is pressed? 

Rename your mods folder to mods_ and see if this issue still happens.

very interesting... I know I have map mod downloaded but this happened suddenly. I will try to find the problem now. Thanks a lot.

Since the map loading is bugged, the ragenative interface that the plugins use, won't show up due to that

could be there any cause other than map? I deleted all my map mod and the problem still continues.

Did you do this? Rename your mods folder to mods_ and see if this issue still happens.

yes I deleted all map mods in dlclist file as well

game works without the mods folder

Then its a mod you installed incorrectly or it could even be outdated
