Can my PC run LSPDFR well with quite a bit of Plug In's?

I run lspdfr with 20 plugins with specs much worse than that at about 30 fps with some lag spikes especially with grammar police but your specs more than likely can. I hope it goes good for you!

Looks all good, tho, i would go for 32Gb RAM, but, you can always upgrade.

If you plan on easy recording video ingame, i would find a Nvidia instead, i used Shadowplay for years and i tryed Radeon and my laptop that i use now is with Radeon, i must say that i really miss Shadowplay. But maybe thats just because i used it for longer than the other.

About your PSU, i would go a bit higher.
