So when I go on duty I have an issue with grammar police loading the speech engine about half the time (half the time it works, half the time I have to restart it to get it to work) and ultimate backup is not working at all. I also notice I am getting exceptions when going on duty or "ForceDuty" and I'm not sure why this is as my game has been working fine I haven't installed any new mods in about a week.

The unhandled exception you get when you try to use "ForceDuty" to go on duty is the reason why your LSPDFR plugins aren't working properly.

It looks like you made a mistake when editing one of your LSPDFR-related config files (usually .ini or .xml files).
The error message is "An item with the same key has already been added". 

The file in question is possibly the CustomRegions.xml file for UltimateBackup (GTA V/plugins/lspdfr/UltimateBackup), but that's only a (sort of) educated guess by me. Unfortunately, the log doesn't specify the file where the error comes from.

Do you remember editing or replacing any config file for LSPDFR or LSPDFR plugins?

Yes I edited those files to accomodate for custom cars and loadouts. Would replacing these with vanilla files potentially solve my issue?
