Can someone provide me a link to download a emergency vehicle light mod?

I've tried ELS v6 from policemod.com but for some reason I'm not authorized to DL anything from their site even after I registered.

Finally, is there a tutorial on changing skins for police vehicles?

Thanks guys, btw your First Responders Mod is great! I've tried Police Pursuits Mod by Neo and had nothing but crashes.

You might have to verify your email address or something. I don't know if anywhere else hosts ELS and I don't know of any alternatives.

And there are loads of tutorials on youtube!

Now that I have the link for the Mod pack (Which includes ELSv6), I just want to double check with you guys: All I do is copy and drag, dsound.dll, ELS.asi, ELS.ini and ScriptHook.dll to my GTA IV root folder, correct?

You'll also need ELS enabled cars, and most of those files should already have been installed with LCPD:FR (so you'd only need to drag&drop ELS.asi & ELS.ini), but yes.

Use a car thats v6 enabled, v4 won't work.

i need help with els v6 or any version. I cant download it, it only opens to the internet no files nothing... can you help??

What browser are you using henry?

Try using Google Chrome, or Firefox. If you have to, try another site to download it from. GOOOGLE

firefox dont work eather and google dont help
