What is Causing my LSPDFR Crashes? - Crash Log included

So I just recently reinstalled LSPDFR after not having played it for a couple of years. I got everything up and working, but now it has just refused to work. I have the most recent version of LSPDFR and RagehookPlugin (attached to LSPDFR download). I have tried various fixes with reinstalling and removing certain non-essential mods, but non seem to fix the issue. Therefore, I thought I would ask for some help - I have attached my Crash log.RagePluginHook.log

The Following Plugins Need To Be Removed (6):

ComputerPlus, (Replaced by CompuLite)
Corpse Inspection, (Seems Unnecessary w/ Stop The Ped)
LPCallouts
RegularCallouts
RichsPoliceEnhancements
Traffic Policer, (Replaced by StopThePed & Custom Pullover)

Update RageNativeUI in the main gta folder: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

System.IO.FileLoadException: Filen eller assemblyen 'Newtonsoft.Json

Install Newtonsoft.Json in the main gta folder, it comes with Narcos
