LSPDFR crahes while trying to go on duty and RPH while trying to load world

Hi so I have two problems as you guys can understand from what title says game regularly crahes while trying to load the world and I have to validate the game files every time in order to start it 

and if I'm able to start the game and try to go on duty lspdfirstresponse.dll crashes and game freezes 

I uploaded both logs 

 

I installed

the policeold1 vehicle has a problem, remove it.

your lspdfr is trying to load multiple times.

open the file startup.rphs with notepad++ and delete some lines to make sure lspdfr is only once in there.
