maybe yours is just named Ragepluginhook without the .log ending, it just has to be a text file

Command line option "verify" is specified twice. Please remove that.

 

Exception message: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup\DefaultRegions.xml'.

 

Install UltimateBackup again and completely!
