The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You can view all commands in the provided Grammar Police download documentation, which provides each way you can address the dispatcher and what you should be able to do with requests. 

 

Find the files in C:\Progplugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\documentation if you have them downloaded. If not, redownload it and check those files. I suggest reading over Grammar and English Phrase Guide.
