    NvM Just installed something incorrectly in Open IV. I deleted the mods folder in Open IV and the game  works fine.
  2. shadowhawk1008's post in Running speed is normal while off duty but slow when on duty. was marked as the answer   
    I think I solved it, in the ini file for stoptheped I set the perameter running speed intensity to 100 instead of 3.
