The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

There is nothing on the log at the time of crash, it just ends

I actually found a few things.

Im not sure if this will fix it but

AI:Respond, Riskier Traffic Stops, Super Callouts are outdated.

But more Importantly open RPH settings by Pressing on the Grey gear thing while Loading up LSPDFR and change the Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 and Try again.

 

Let me know if that fixed it.

Unfortunately none of that worked

 

I guess you have bound the E key to get into your Computer to press charges on someone? i will think about other solutions but for the time beeing maybe use the Tablet instead of the Laptop inside your car.
