Question: Help, don't know how to put/use liveries (+livery)

I made four custom liveries for POLICE2 (Declasse Merit)

I put them into police2.wtd and name them: merit_sign_2, merit_sign_3, merit_sign_4

I go to vehicles.ide, find the police2 line and add "+livery" (without quote marks) at the end.

 

I launch the game, and the car is not spawning at all like if it got deleted from the game.

 

What did i do wrong?

 

GTA: 1070, No DLCs

LCPDFR: 1.1 (no ads autoinstaller)

 

Note: i don't use ALM (Area Liveries Mod) or any other car mod that touches the cars at any way.
